These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at appicenter.in and all related services ("Service") operated by AppiCenter AI ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

AppiCenter AI provides AI-powered contract risk review, clause analysis, legal document drafting, compliance analysis, and vendor risk assessment delivered via web interface and, where applicable, within customers' cloud environments.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement. By using the Service, you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Account & Access

• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at romitbhandari17@gmail.com.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload documents containing malware or malicious code.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the underlying AI models or systems.
• Resell or commercially exploit the Service without written consent.
• Use automated scripts to access the Service in an abusive manner.

6. Intellectual Property

• All platform content — design, software, AI models — remains the property of AppiCenter AI.
• Documents you upload remain your property. We claim no ownership over them.
• AI-generated outputs are provided for your use. We may use anonymised aggregate patterns (never identifiable document content) to improve our systems.

7. Pricing & Payments

We offer:

• Pay-per-contract: $9 per contract review.
• Monthly plan: $39/month for unlimited reviews.

All prices are in USD. Payments are processed securely via our payment provider. By completing a purchase you confirm the payment information is accurate and authorised.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Pay-per-contract: Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if the Service did not perform as described. Once a review has been successfully delivered, refunds are at our discretion.

Monthly plan: Cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the billing period. No pro-rata refunds for partial months, except where required by law.

Failed transactions: If charged but the Service was not delivered due to a technical error, you are entitled to a full refund — contact us within 14 days.

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or events beyond our control may result in temporary downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

• AppiCenter AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages from your use of the Service.
• Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on AI-generated outputs without independent legal review.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AppiCenter AI and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or use of the Service.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
